We need to start taking discussions on Mental Health seriously.
We cannot continue to nurture the mindset that it is only when a person is visibly mad that they need help. Open discussions should be encouraged, stigmatization should be dropped. People should be able to voice out what they are going through without feeling ashamed. Counselling should be recommended.
Let us not wait until it results to public outburst that will leave people hurt. Now is the time to speak up!
